1st WinterChess Blitz FIDE rated
Tournament Type
Blitz tournament open to all players who have federate license, results will be included in the FIDE Blitz ELO.
Game system
There will be 9 double rounds (each once white and once black against the same opponent), i.e. 18 games in total in the rhythm of 3 min + 2 s increment for each move.

Registration
You can register by email, at info@winterchess.com, or telephone at +34 667 246 104 up to one day before the tournament.
The registration fees are:
€15 player with 2100 FIDE or more.
€10 players less 2100 FIDE
€5 players under 16 years with less than 1500 FIDE
If a player has no Blitz FIDE rating yet, his standard FIDE rating will be used for the purpose of registration.
Accomodation
The Valparaiso Palace Hotel ***** offers the following discounted rates for our players:
Single room €50 including breakfast
Double room (2 persons) €35 per person including breakfast

The participants of this tournament authorise the use of their personal information in the media that the organization considers to be appropriate for the necessary promotion of the event (results, classifications, participants, photographs, items, etc.).
By registering in the tournament the players accept the above rules.
Other:
For all other details not included in the above rules, the tournament will follow the FIDE rules.
