Type of Tournament
Open international tournament in 9 rounds, Swiss system, elo computable FEDA, FIDE.
Prizes
* The prize must be collected in person by the player who has won and the closing ceremony of the tournament, otherwise it is understood that the player waiver thereof and therefore the prize is desert.

System Play
The games will be played at the rate of 3 minutes for the whole game + 2 seconds increment per move from move one.
Bye
Any player may request bye zero points and it must do so in writing to any of the referees of the tournament before the end of the previous round bye to the request.
Tiebreakers
Apply in first and second place the following tiebreakers, which will be drawn after finishing the last round.
1-Bulcholz medium, adjusting virtual player FIDE
2-Total Bucholz, adjusting virtual player FIDE.
The following tiebreakers will be applied in the following order without drawing
3 - particular outcome
4 - progressive to the end
5 - recursive performance
6 - Draw
Place
The tournament will be held at Club Nautico de LLucmajor, 8 km from the airport of Palma de Mallorca (PMI)
Participants
You can take part all kind of player, whatever their title, or ranking, provided you have some sort of federal license in force.
Initial list
Players will be sorted by their elo high to low.
Participants
- First apply the ELO FIDE.
- In case a player has no FIDE ELO will be aligned based on their elo FEDA as if it were the FIDE elo.
- Players without FIDE elo, or FEDA, line up at the end alphabetically.
This mass will define alignment stretch is that the player to obtain rewards.
Inscriptions
€ 10 for all participants.
Entries can be made until Saturday May 18th, 2018, at 15:00PM .
